44mm Gen 3 Wastegate Kit

The Va Racing VSR44WGD is a 44mm Gen 3 piston-based wastegate designed for performance applications. This unit comes complete as a kit, including necessary flanges for installation. The wastegate features a dual-spring system for precise boost control. The pre-installed springs provide a combined base pressure of 10.5 psi, made up of a 6 psi outer spring and a 5 psi inner spring. For further tuning flexibility, an additional 4 psi spring is included, which is often used in conjunction with CO2 controlled systems. Installation instructions are provided for both spring pressure setups and electronic/dome pressure setups. For spring pressure control, the pressure source typically connects to the bottom port, with two available ports for input and one to be capped. For electronic control using a solenoid, the input tees into the bottom port, and the solenoid's output connects to one of the top ports, with the other capped if not used for a dome pressure sensor.
