44mm VNT Turbocharger

The RPM 44mm VNT Turbo is engineered as a direct replacement for the original turbocharger on 2014-2020 RG Colorado vehicles. This upgraded turbo features a larger compressor with dimensions of 43.40mm/56mm and a 10-blade design, compared to the stock 38.5mm/52mm 9-blade compressor. The turbine side is also enhanced, with the RPM 44mm VNT offering a 45mm/40.4mm 9-blade open design, an upgrade from the stock 43mm/38.4mm 9-blade full back turbine. Significant performance gains are achievable with this turbo. On a stock 2017 RG Colorado with just the RPM 44mm VNT turbo and a custom remap, 233hp and 600nm were recorded. With additional modifications such as +30 injector nozzles, an upgraded intercooler, and improved exhaust, the system is expected to produce well over 250 rear-wheel horsepower. The turbo can be installed directly with no modifications, stock exhaust, and stock intercooler, and includes new gaskets for installation. Performance figures show substantial increases over stock, with a stock tuned vehicle achieving 172hp/463nm with the RPM 44mm VNT fitted, and a custom remap pushing it to 233hp/600nm.
