Description

The VELVAC 017985 is a 45° male fixed elbow push-lock air brake fitting made of brass. It is designed for use with SAE J844 nylon tubing and complies with DOT 49 CFR 571.106 standards. The fitting operates within a temperature range of -40°F to +212°F and can handle a maximum pressure of 0 to 150 psi. It features a collet with multiple teeth for a secure grip and a positive release bushing for easy tubing insertion and removal. Thread sealant is applied to the male pipe threads for simplified installation.
