454 Big Brake Kit

The Ceika CBK454 is a custom-built big brake kit engineered for a wide range of performance applications, from everyday street use to professional racing. It utilizes high-performance radial mount calipers forged from 6061-T6 aerospace-grade alloy, designed to minimize flex. Piston options include 6061-T6 alloy with an anti-corrosion coating or stainless steel, both featuring dual seals for high-temperature resistance. The kit incorporates 2-piece floating rotors with 6061-T6 alloy hats, utilizing FC30 cast iron rotor rings that are available in drilled, slotted, or a combination of both at no additional cost. For rotors 330mm and larger, the full-floating design uses a floating hardware system with an anti-rattle feature for reduced warping and improved centering. Curved vane ventilation is employed for optimal cooling. Brake lines are manufactured from DOT/ADR-compliant Teflon and stainless steel with banjo bolts, ensuring direct fitment. Ceika guarantees fitment and will provide replacement parts free of charge if any component does not fit, though they are not responsible for wheel fitment; customers are advised to check clearances using provided templates. The kit is compatible with OEM ABS, traction control, and master cylinder systems, maintaining original balance and bias. Ceika offers various brake pad compounds, including Street, Sport, Race, and Pro Race, to suit different driving conditions and performance demands. The calipers themselves come with an anti-corrosion coating and can be finished in custom colors like anodized or anodized with gloss paint. A 2-year warranty covers caliper casting, parts, seals, mounting hardware, and brake lines, with a 10,000km/3-month warranty on rotors.
