The Mikuni 45-4 carburetor kit is a performance-focused total kit engineered to replace factory induction systems on 1999 to 2006 Harley-Davidson Twin Cam 88 and 95 cubic-inch engines. This kit includes a 45mm HSR smoothbore carburetor, a performance-matched intake manifold with a MAP sensor location, a rubber flange, a high-flow air filter, a chrome cover, and a KHS-030 breather kit. The included high-flow air filter is designed to support up to 100 horsepower, ensuring that engine performance is not compromised by intake restriction. Note that the kit does not include manifold clamps or seals. Additionally, this product is not legal for sale or use in California on pollution-controlled motor vehicles, or in other states where similar emissions laws apply. Any parts or components that defeat emissions control systems or cause emissions to exceed standards on such vehicles are prohibited from sale in those regions.
