The H&S Motorsports 122012 SX-E Turbo Kit replaces the factory turbocharger, exhaust manifolds, intake piping, and charged air piping with H&S Motorsports parts. It includes a BorgWarner SX-E turbocharger, HSM cast exhaust manifolds, an HSM cast turbocharger pedestal, an HSM downpipe, and high-quality steel intake and charge piping. This kit is designed to improve reliability, airflow, and power potential for 2017-2019 6.7L Ford Powerstroke engines.
This kit is engineered to provide an average 200°F drop in peak exhaust gas temperatures. It features compressor wheel size options ranging from 63mm (575-625 WHP) to 72mm (750+ WHP) to suit various performance needs. The turbine wheel is 73mm with a .91 A/R divided (twin scroll) turbine housing.
The kit includes two USA-engineered and produced cast exhaust manifolds and one turbo pedestal. The driver's side manifold has a machined wastegate provision, and a block-off plate is included. The 4-inch air intake piping is designed to fit OEM or SB air intake boxes and clears dual high-pressure fuel systems. The piping is available in a raw or textured black finish.
