The ATS Diesel 48RE Master Rebuild Kit is a comprehensive transmission overhaul kit designed for 2003-2007 Dodge 48RE transmissions. It includes all components found in the Basic kit, plus an overdrive bearing kit, performance low/reverse band, and overdrive, pump, and direct drum bushing packages. This kit also includes the necessary components for the low/reverse one-way clutch, such as OD brake pressure plate and pressure plates for forward and direct clutches.

The ATS Diesel 48RE Master Rebuild Kit provides a complete solution for overhauling your 2003-2007 Dodge 48RE transmission, specifically for models equipped with the 5.9L Cummins diesel engine. This master overhaul kit contains everything needed to restore your transmission's performance and reliability. Beyond the components included in a basic kit, this master version features a complete overdrive bearing kit, a performance-tuned low/reverse band for enhanced durability, and dedicated bushing packages for the overdrive, pump, and direct drum. It also includes the necessary core parts for the low/reverse one-way clutch, such as the OD brake pressure plate and top pressure plates for the forward and direct clutches.
