The Tommy Gate G2-54-7042 TP38 is a dual-cylinder, parallel-arm hydraulic liftgate designed for pickup trucks. It offers a 700 lb capacity with a 54-inch wide by 38-inch deep treadplate steel platform (2-piece, with a 4" taper). The enclosed hydraulic system features a pressure relief valve to prevent overloading and a flow control valve for controlled descent. The electrical system includes a moisture-resistant toggle switch control unit (deactivates after 90 seconds), a 150 Amp circuit breaker, and a factory-supplied 4 AWG power/ground cable for direct battery connection. It utilizes 3/4" OD hard chrome plated steel parallel arm pins and self-lubricating composite bushings.
