This lift support features nylon electric ball socket connections for both the body and shaft, ensuring a secure fit. With a compressed length of 22.62 inches, an extended length of 33.62 inches, and a travel length of 11 inches, it offers a capacity of 52 Lbs, making it suitable for lifting and holding liftgates securely. General installation instructions are included on the package, and the product is engineered with state-of-the-art technology. For optimal performance and safety, it is recommended to replace lift supports in pairs. This specific liftgate lift support is designed for the 1984-2004 Chevrolet Corvette. StrongArm warrants its gas-charged lift supports against defects in manufacturing or workmanship for a period of 12 months from installation when used in accordance with the Strongarm Vehicle Application Listing. However, the cost of removal and installation is not included in the warranty.
