The Mopar Performance stroker kit is a 440-493 cubic inch engine component designed for high-performance applications. This kit features forged 4340 steel crankshafts and forged Diamond pistons.

The Mopar Performance stroker kit is engineered to significantly enhance engine performance by increasing displacement to 493 cubic inches from a 440 base. This kit includes a forged 4340 steel crankshaft from Eagle Specialty Products, featuring a 4.150" stroke, non-twist forging, and multi-stage heat treatment. The crankshaft is X-rayed, magnafluxed, and sonic-tested, with chamfered oil holes and radiused journals for increased strength, and is rated to support up to 1500 horsepower. Complementing the crankshaft are Eagle ESP H-beam connecting rods, constructed from vacuum-degassed, 4340-certified steel. These rods are multi-stage heat-treated, stress-relieved, and shot-peened, and come standard with 7/16 ARP 8740 bolts rated to 190,000 psi, supporting up to 750 horsepower. The piston bore is 4.350", and a standard 1/16" x 1/16" x 3/16" ring package is included. Additional components in the kit include H-series rod bearings with enlarged chamfers for crankshaft fillet clearance and P-series main bearings designed for high-revving engines, both from Clevite 77. Premium 8620 wrist pins are also provided. The kit's crankshaft has a target bob weight of +/- 2 percent to reduce balancing time, and it utilizes a 6-bolt design. The connecting rods have a length of 6.760" and a pin size of 1.094".
