Overview

It features a displacement of 496 cubic inches and includes Mahle pistons with an 18cc dome volume. The assembly is constructed with a forged 4340 crankshaft and 4340 H-beam connecting rods, secured by 7/16" ARP 8740 bolts. It also includes King XP bearings.

The Eagle Specialty Products Competition Assembly, part number KIT-11012060, is a high-strength rotating assembly engineered for demanding racing applications, including those utilizing nitrous and forced-induction systems. This assembly boasts a 496 cubic inch displacement and comes equipped with Mahle pistons featuring an 18cc dome volume and a 4032 alloy. The core of the assembly includes a forged 4340 crankshaft with a 4.250" stroke and 6.385" H-beam connecting rods, which are secured with 7/16" ARP 8740 bolts. Complementing these components are plasma-moly file-fit rings and King XP rod and main bearings. This kit requires balancing by a qualified machine shop prior to installation. It is important to note that all items from Eagle Specialty Products are not intended for use in pollution-controlled vehicles. The assembly does not include a damper or flexplate/flywheel.
