4B11T +1mm Oversize Intake Valves

The GSC Power-Division 2024-8 intake valves are engineered to deliver superior performance and durability for the EVO X 4B11T engine (2008-2015). Developed using advanced 3D design and simulation, these valves boast a stronger, more efficient head design that has been flow-tested to ensure maximum flow rate. Constructed from a modified 21-4N stainless steel material, these intake valves offer high heat capacity while maintaining exceptional longevity. The 36mm head size, with a +1mm oversize, is combined with swirl polishing for smoother airflow and a back cut to reduce weight for higher RPM and boost pressure capabilities. Furthermore, the micro-polished valve stems minimize drag for smoother operation, and the valve tips are hardened or feature a stelite wafer tip for extended life and reduced wear. The keeper groove is also precisely adjusted to balance spring pressures, minimizing the need for shims and maximizing the performance of GSC spring and retainer kits. These valves are compatible with OEM keepers/locks or GSC's upgraded versions.
