Description

The Remflex 8036 is a 4-bolt collector flange exhaust gasket designed for a 3-inch pipe. It features 2-7/8-inch bolt spacing and a 1/8-inch thickness. This gasket is constructed from 100% flexible graphite, allowing it to withstand temperatures up to 3,000 degrees Fahrenheit.

The Remflex gasket is engineered to crush 50%, enabling it to fill flange surface gaps up to 1/16-inch and seal warped flanges. Its design also allows for a 30% rebound, creating an optimal seal without the need for re-torquing. The suggested torque for installation is 20 ft-lbs.
