The Manley Mitsubishi 4G63 Billet Crankshaft is engineered for high horsepower and high boost applications, offering a lightweight design and increased displacement. Manufactured from durable 4340 "Turbo-Tuff" Billet material, this crankshaft features fully contoured, knife-edged counterweights for optimal balance, stability, and reduced windage, all contributing to maximum performance. To ensure exceptional strength and longevity, the crankshaft is subjected to a multi-step heat treatment process and nitriding. Manley's rigorous quality assurance includes stress relief, shot peening, and 100% magnafluxing to meet stringent standards. The 100.00 mm stroke provides a significant increase in displacement over stock, translating directly to more potential power output. This billet crankshaft is specifically designed for the Mitsubishi 4G63/4G64 engine, commonly found in high-performance applications. While the title and specs indicate a 100.00 mm stroke, it's important to note that some sources refer to a 94mm stroke as a 9.3% increase over stock for "stroker" crankshafts. The product is noted as lightweight and made from 4340 steel, with a reluctor ring not included.
