The Alto 4L60/65/70E Rebuild Kit is a complete super rebuild kit designed to overhaul your transmission. This kit features Alto Red Eagle® clutches, known for their superior friction wear characteristics and ability to handle high horsepower applications without degrading thermally or physically like competing materials. This rebuild kit includes an overhaul kit, Alto Red Eagle clutch kit with PowerPacks, a high-performance Kolene steel kit, a new 4L60E filter, a bushing kit, and a thrust washer kit. Alto Red Eagle® material offers a similar mid-point coefficient at high horsepower applications and provides superior friction wear characteristics during high energy engagements. Engineering data shows that the pressure required to stop a flywheel is lower with Alto Red Eagle compared to competitors, indicating higher frictional properties. The kit is suitable for rebuilding 4L60E transmissions and includes everything needed for a complete rebuild.
