4L60E HEX-TOYOTA TRK 21 SPLINE

The Advance Adapters 50-5760 is a transfer case adapter designed to mate a GM 4L60E automatic transmission with a Toyota Truck 21-spline gear-driven transfer case. This adapter allows for engine and transmission swaps in various Toyota Truck models. Depending on the specific year of the Toyota transfer case, some modifications may be necessary. These can include minor grinding on the input shaft (1979-80 models), modification of shift forks when installing low gears (1979-83 and 1985-88 models), removal of a retainer clip for front bearings (1984-95 models), and potential modification or replacement of the transfer case shifter for 1989-95 models.
