4L80E Level VI Automatic Transmission

This transmission includes a media-blasted case and the OEM GM lower bell-housing support. Internal enhancements feature a 300m billet input shaft, a billet FWD clutch hub, and RPM Hi-Energy clutch packs paired with new steel plates across all gears. It also incorporates a direct clutch drum with a new 34 element sprag and a billet steel direct drum with a 5-clutch intermediate for added durability. The build is completed with an RPM shift kit, all new bushings and thrust washers, new Torrington bearings, and roller bearings where applicable. A new GM internal wiring harness and new GM shift solenoids ensure proper electronic operation, complemented by new GM speed sensors and a new spacer plate. For enhanced longevity and performance, the gear train undergoes a micro polish and cryogenic treatment by Performance Metal, and each transmission is dyno-tested before shipping. Optional upgrades are available, including a 2.10 / 1.40 gear set for $1100.00, a powder coat case for $250.00, and an SFI Bellhousing (call for pricing).
