The TransGo 4T65E SHIFT KIT® Valve Body Repair Kit is engineered to enhance the durability and performance of 1997 and later General Motors 4T65E automatic transmissions, including TipTronic versions found in some Volvo and Pontiac Grand Prix models. This kit is widely regarded by transmission shops as a definitive solution for recurring issues and diagnostic trouble codes associated with this transmission. This kit provides a straightforward method to increase transmission longevity and minimize repeat failures. The kit includes a new TransGo pressure regulator spring to ensure stable and consistent pressure values, new accumulator springs and spacers to achieve shorter shifts, and a replacement boost valve to address wear in the original component.
