Description

The TCI 4x Four-Speed Automatic Transmission Series allows the use of popular 4L80E or 700R4 transmissions with non-GM performance applications. This specific package is a fully mechanical 700R4-based version. It includes an SFI-spec adapter bellhousing for installation behind various engines, an adapter flexplate, transmission cooler, dipstick, and necessary hardware. Designed for street rodders, it features a Constant Pressure Valve Body, eliminating the need for a TV cable. Its compact design generally avoids tunnel modifications. This 700R4-based version is available in two power levels: 550 HP and 750 HP. This particular package is rated at 550 HP.
