The Manley piston and ring kit, built for MMR by Manley Products, is engineered for high-performance 2011-2023 Ford 5.0 Coyote TiVCT Mustang GT and F150 engines. This kit is essential for supercharged, turbocharged, or high horsepower builds, designed to reliably handle up to 1000 HP. The components feature Manley's 2618 forged alloy pistons, which include specific valve reliefs to accommodate various camshaft profiles. They are paired with Manley chromoly piston pins and piston pin retaining clips (wirelocks). The kit also includes Manley 4340 forged H-beam connecting rods, renowned for their strength and durability, equipped with ARP bolts for secure assembly. Complementing these are Total Seal AP steel piston rings, ensuring optimal sealing and performance. This kit offers a direct fit for the specified Ford 5.0 Coyote TiVCT engines, requiring no modifications and designed to work seamlessly with the factory crankshaft. It includes ARP hardware and Moly Lube to assist with installation. Please be aware that MMR considers their parts race parts and does not accept returns.
