The MMR head cooling mod is a precision-engineered cooling upgrade designed for 2011-2025 5.0L and 5.2L Coyote engines. By promoting consistent coolant flow around the #8 cylinder, this kit effectively eliminates the hotspots frequently associated with cylinder failure in engines running aggressive naturally aspirated tunes or forced induction setups. Each kit is manufactured in the USA from durable billet alloy and utilizes high-grade double Viton aerospace O-rings to ensure a leak-free, bolt-in design. Installation of this kit requires removing the factory freeze plugs and replacing them with the included components. It features NHRA-approved socketless hoses, which simplify the process by eliminating the need for traditional hose clamps. Compatibility is specific: this kit fits 2011-2025 Mustang GT and Darkhorse, 2012-2013 BOSS Mustang, 2016-2020 GT350, 2011-2020 F150, and various Australian Falcon models including the 2011 Falcon GT, 2014-2017 XR8, and 2014 FPV Falcon GT-F. Please note that this product does not fit 2021+ F150 Gen4 engines and is not compatible with 2020-2022 Shelby GT500 models.
