5.0L Coyote Gen 4 Crate Engine

The Ford Performance 5.0L Coyote Gen 4 is an all-aluminum crate engine designed for project car installations. This engine delivers 480 horsepower and 415 ft.-lb. of torque. It features a 32-valve DOHC V-8 configuration with direct and port fuel injection, twin independent variable camshaft timing (Ti-VCT), and high-flow cylinder heads.

The engine block is aluminum with cross-bolted main bearing caps and thick main bearing bulkheads for strength. It includes Hypereutectic aluminum pistons, sintered steel connecting rods, and a forged steel crankshaft. The intake manifold is a tuned composite, and it uses twin 80 mm electronic throttle bodies.
