The Ford Performance 5.0L Gen 4 Aluminator NA Crate Engine is a high-performance engine designed for enhanced power. It features Mahle Hard Anodized forged pistons with Grafal low friction coating and Manley H-beam connecting rods with ARP 2000 bolts.

This engine utilizes a production 2024 Mustang GT aluminum block and a tuned composite GT intake manifold with production dual drive-by-wire 80 mm throttle bodies. The Aluminator NA engine is a direct bolt-in for the 2024 Mustang GT.

The Ford Performance 5.0L Gen 4 Aluminator NA Crate Engine represents a significant upgrade for performance enthusiasts, built upon the foundation of the Gen 4 Mustang GT 5.0L Coyote engine. Key internal components include Mahle® Hard Anodized forged pistons with Grafal® low friction coating and premium Manley® H-beam connecting rods secured with ARP® 2000 bolts, all contributing to the engine's robust construction and high-performance capability. It features a forged steel crankshaft and uses the production 2024 Mustang GT aluminum block for reliability. The engine is equipped with a tuned composite Mustang GT intake manifold, complete with production dual drive-by-wire 80 mm throttle bodies featuring variable runner control, and four-valve-per-cylinder aluminum heads designed to minimize friction. This Aluminator NA crate engine is specifically designed as a direct bolt-in for the 2024 Mustang GT. It includes Ford Performance colder, heat range zero (0) spark plugs and an oil filter. However, it does not include exhaust manifolds, the vehicle harness, PCM, or the alternator (alternator kits are available separately). The engine also retains the common engine mount bosses and bell housing mount pattern found on 4.6L modular engines.
