Overview

The Stainless Power SM15HCAT is a set of long tube headers designed to maximize horsepower for 2015-2023 GT Mustangs with a 5.0L engine. These headers feature 1-7/8" primary tubes, 3" collectors, and 3" catted connection pipes that step down to 2.5" to connect to the stock exhaust. Constructed from 304 stainless steel with a natural finish, they offer free-flowing, mandrel-bent tubing and are fully TIG welded for strength and durability.

The Stainless Power SM15HCAT is a long tube header system engineered to significantly increase horsepower and torque for 2015-2023 GT Mustangs equipped with the 5.0L Coyote engine. Designed to connect to the factory 2.5" exhaust system, these headers feature 1-7/8" primary tubes and 3" collectors, with 3" catted connection pipes that step down to 2.5". The construction utilizes 304 stainless steel tubing, ensuring long-lasting corrosion resistance and durability, complemented by TIG welded joints and laser-cut 3/8" flanges for a strong, leak-free seal. The free-flowing, mandrel-bent tubing is optimized for exhaust flow. This system is intended for off-road and track use only and is designed specifically for left-hand drive models. Installation of these headers requires mechanical expertise or professional installation. AmericanMuscle recommends a custom tune with a Mustang Handheld Tuner to reprogram the vehicle's computer (ECU) for optimal performance and proper operation. The product comes with a 24-month guarantee on material and workmanship. It is important to note that these headers are not legal for use on pollution-controlled motor vehicles.
