The Ford F77E-AA is a remanufactured cylinder head casting designed for 1996-2001 Ford Explorer and F-series trucks equipped with the 5.0L V8 OHV engine. This cylinder head has undergone a comprehensive remanufacturing process, including thorough cleaning via hot tank and media blasting, crack inspection, pressure testing, and valve guide service. It is precision surfaced using PCD milling to ensure a super smooth finish for optimal sealing. This product comes with a 1-year or 12,000-mile parts-only warranty. A good, rebuildable core is required, and it must be returned within 30 days of purchase to avoid a core charge; a prepaid UPS return label is provided for convenience. Please verify that your vehicle's casting number matches F77E-AA before ordering. Important limitations apply to the warranty and intended use. This warranty does NOT cover damage from racing or performance applications, commercial, industrial, or marine use, improper installation, overheating, detonation, pre-ignition, abuse, neglect, misuse, or incorrectly ordered parts. Labor, towing, diagnostics, rental, or downtime costs are also excluded, as are repairs performed without prior authorization. Cam seals are not included with this cylinder head.
