The Ford Performance F77E-AA is a remanufactured cylinder head specifically for 1996-2001 Ford Explorer and F-Series vehicles equipped with the 5.0L V8 OHV engine. This cylinder head has undergone a comprehensive remanufacturing process to meet the highest industry standards, including thorough cleaning, crack inspection, pressure testing, and precision surfacing using PCD milling for optimal sealing. A core is required for this part, but there is no upfront core charge. Customers have 30 days from the purchase date to return the core using a prepaid UPS label. Failure to return the core within this timeframe will result in a core charge being applied to the original payment method. The product comes with a 1-year/12,000-mile parts-only warranty. Please note that cam seals are not included with this cylinder head. Installation is the responsibility of the installer, who must verify fitment before proceeding. The warranty does not cover issues arising from improper installation, overheating, detonation, pre-ignition, abuse, neglect, misuse, incorrectly ordered parts, or installation of wrong parts. Racing or performance applications, commercial, industrial, or marine use, and any associated labor, towing, diagnostic, rental, or downtime costs are also excluded from warranty coverage.
