The HPS 5/16" ID high-temperature reinforced silicone heater hose is designed for heavy-duty pressure connections and high-temperature applications. It meets and exceeds SAEJ20 industry standards, making it suitable for marine, industrial, custom turbo, intercooler piping fabrication, DIY intake, or radiator cooling systems.

This hose features a heavy wall design for extreme pressure handling and offers ultra flexibility with excellent tensile strength. It is UV and ozone resistant.

The HPS 5/16" ID (8mm) high-temperature reinforced silicone heater hose is engineered to meet demanding performance requirements and exceed SAEJ20 industry standards. Its robust construction makes it ideal for heavy-duty pressure connections and various high-temperature applications, including marine and industrial use, custom turbo or intercooler piping fabrication, DIY intake projects, and radiator cooling systems. Constructed from premium industrial-grade, high-temperature reinforced silicone, this hose boasts a heavy wall design capable of handling extreme pressure. It offers exceptional flexibility and tensile strength, ensuring reliable performance. The hose is also resistant to UV and ozone. Key technical specifications include a temperature range of -65 deg. F to +350 deg. F (177 deg. C), an inside diameter of 5/16" (8mm), an outside diameter of 19/32" (15mm), and a bend radius of 1-1/4". The maximum working pressure rating is 85 psi, with a wall thickness of 3.5mm. This hose is available in black, blue, red, and clear, and is sold per foot or in rolls of 10, 25, 50, or 100 feet. A critical remark regarding this silicone hose is that it is NOT compatible with fuel or oil. However, it is fully compatible with water and anti-freeze coolants. The silicone heater hose is shipped as a single continuous roll, not in multiple foot sections.
