The Scat Chevy GM 5.3L 362 Forged Rotating Assembly (1-44830) is a performance-enhancing kit for GM Gen III and Gen IV LS 5.3L engines. This assembly includes a robust LS1 4340 forged steel crankshaft with a 4.000-inch stroke, paired with Scat Pro Series I-Beam connecting rods utilizing 7/16-inch cap screws for enhanced durability. A 24-tooth reluctor wheel is also included, ensuring compatibility with the specified engine management systems. Note that the assembly is unbalanced and requires professional balancing before installation. This rotating assembly is designed to fit a range of GM LS engines, including the GEN III 4.8L LR4, GEN IV 4.8L LY2 L20, GEN III 5.3L Vortec 5300 (LM7, L59, LM4), and GEN IV 5.3L (LMF, LH6, LY5, LMG, LC9, LH8, LH9). Customers are responsible for verifying the correct reluctor wheel for their specific application.
