Overview

The Nitrous Express plate system is a nitrous oxide injection kit designed for 2014 and newer GM 5.3L trucks. This billet plate utilizes spraybarless technology for improved fuel atomization and distribution by bolting directly between the throttle body and intake manifold.

The Nitrous Express plate system is a high-performance nitrous oxide upgrade engineered for 2014+ GM 5.3L Silverado and Sierra trucks. Utilizing proprietary spraybarless technology, the billet plate enhances fuel atomization and distribution, providing a significant performance boost through included jetting options ranging from 35 to 250 horsepower. The included TPS Autolearn switch ensures precise operation by activating the system only at wide-open throttle and disengaging it upon release of the accelerator. Each kit comes complete with a stainless braided nitrous line, master arming switch, relay, relay harness, and all necessary mounting hardware. Systems ordered with a bottle include the billet aluminum Lightning 500 bottle valve and stainless steel bottle brackets.
