5.5-Inch Radius Arm Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension BDS1605FS is a comprehensive 5.5-inch radius arm lift system engineered to elevate the performance, stance, and capability of 2014-2018 RAM 2500 gas-powered trucks. This kit is designed to accommodate up to 37-inch tires, offering a significant upgrade for off-road enthusiasts and truck owners looking for enhanced ground clearance and aesthetics. The front suspension features heavy-duty tubular radius arms that offer caster adjustment and mount using OE-style rubber bushings for quiet, service-free operation. Steering geometry is optimized with a forged drop pitman arm and a heavy-duty track bar drop bracket to maintain proper alignment and phase through suspension travel, while recentering the front axle. At the rear, progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs, track bar relocation brackets, bump stop extensions, sway bar links, and a set of NX2 Nitro or FOX 2.0 Performance shocks work in concert to maintain proper axle positioning and a comfortable ride. To accommodate the lift height and allow the use of the factory front driveshaft, the kit includes a transfer case indexing ring and a new transmission crossmember. This lift system is specifically designed for the 2014-2018 RAM 2500 models equipped with a gas engine. It is noted that the BDS1605FS lift kit fits 4WD models. Installation requires indexing the transfer case to allow the use of the factory front driveshaft.
