5.5-Inch Radius Arm Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension 5.5-inch Radius Arm Lift Kit is engineered to enhance the stance, performance, and capability of 2019–2024 Ram 3500 4WD gas-powered trucks. Specifically designed for models *without* factory rear overload leaf springs, this kit provides a 5.5-inch lift, enabling the fitment of up to 37-inch tires. Key front-end components include gas-specific Pro-Ride progressive rate coil springs for a balanced ride, heavy-duty tubular radius arms for improved strength and caster control, and a forged drop pitman arm to correct steering angles. A track bar relocation bracket ensures proper front axle positioning, while sway bar relocation and brake line brackets are also included. To maintain correct driveline angles and allow the use of the factory front driveshaft, a transfer case indexing ring and a heavy-duty transmission crossmember are supplied. The rear of the truck is lifted using a high-strength fabricated block and longer U-bolts. Buyers can choose from NX2 Nitro Series, FOX 2.0 Performance Series, or FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Series nitrogen-charged shocks to further enhance ride quality and off-road performance. Installation is rated as moderate, with an estimated time of 8–10 hours and requiring a Pitman Arm Puller. Important considerations include that exhaust modification is necessary to clear the front driveshaft. Additionally, a DEF tank relocation bracket (part# 122409) is required for Dually or Mega Cab models with Aisin Transmissions (8-bolt), and BDS122422 is needed if equipped with a manual transfer case. The correct rear box kit must be selected based on whether the vehicle has factory rear overload leaf springs.
