The American Racing Headers CHR57-15200300LS is a premium header system engineered for 5.7L Hemi-equipped Chrysler 300 and Dodge Charger models from 2015-2024. This system is constructed from 100% USA-sourced 304 stainless steel, ensuring superior corrosion resistance and longevity. The headers feature 3/8" thick laser-cut flanges designed for a warp-free seal, hand-ported TIG welded inlets for optimal flow, and merge collectors equipped with scavenger spikes to enhance exhaust scavenging and performance. Available as a long system in 1-3/4", 1-7/8", and 2" primary tube diameters, these headers are optimized for superior fit and maximum power gains. If selecting a catted version, expect 200-cell metallic substrate catalytic converters, known for their extreme durability. The manufacturing process emphasizes USA-made craftsmanship, with every system being completely fabricated and assembled in the United States. It is important to note that all American Racing Headers products are exclusively manufactured for racing purposes. Installing these headers on any vehicle eliminates their legal use on public roads and highways, and may be subject to fines and/or criminal liability under the Clean Air Act.
