Overview

The BBK Performance 1647 is a set of long tube exhaust headers designed for 5.7L HEMI powered Dodge Challengers and Chargers, as well as Chrysler 300Cs and Dodge Magnums from 2005-2008. These headers are constructed from 1-3/4" CNC-machined mandrel bent tubing with 3/8" thick die-stamped flanges and feature a titanium ceramic finish.

The kit includes gaskets and hardware for installation.

The BBK Performance 1647 long tube exhaust headers are engineered to extract maximum performance from 5.7L HEMI engines in select Dodge and Chrysler models from 2005-2008. These headers are constructed from durable 1-3/4" CNC-machined mandrel bent tubing and feature thick 3/8" die-stamped flanges for a secure and leak-free fit. The attractive titanium ceramic finish adds a custom touch to your engine bay. Designed for unrestricted and balanced airflow, these headers promise significant horsepower and torque gains, estimated between 20-25 plus. They also contribute to a deeper, throaty exhaust note. The kit comes complete with new gaskets and hardware for a straightforward installation when used with the BBK Performance short mid-pipe (part #1796). Vehicle fitment is specific: these headers are compatible with the 2005-08 Chrysler 300C 5.7L V8, 2005-08 Dodge Magnum 5.7L V8, 2006-08 Dodge Charger 5.7L V8, and the 2008 Dodge Challenger 5.7L V8. It is crucial to note that these headers will NOT fit AWD/4WD applications. Additionally, installation requires the BBK Performance mid-pipe part number 1796 and is recommended to use with front and rear O2 wire harness extensions (Part # 1118 and Part number 11181), which are not included.
