5.7L HEMI Long Tube Exhaust Headers

The BBK Performance 4046 is a set of long tube exhaust headers engineered to extract maximum performance from 2009-2024 Dodge Charger, Dodge Challenger, and Chrysler 300C models equipped with the 5.7L HEMI V8 engine. These headers are constructed from large 1-3/4" CNC-machined mandrel-bent 16-gauge primary tubes and feature robust 3/8" thick laser-cut flanges for durability and a proper seal. The full-length primary tube design promotes unrestricted and balanced exhaust flow, contributing to significant horsepower and torque gains, reportedly between 20-25 HP over stock shorty headers. The headers come with a Titanium Ceramic finish for enhanced heat resistance and longevity. Included in the package are new gaskets and necessary hardware to facilitate installation. To ensure proper installation and complete the exhaust system upgrade, these BBK Long Tube Headers require the use of a BBK Short High Flow Mid Pipe, specifically part number 40461. This mid-pipe is a 3" diameter component and can be used with an aftermarket 3" cat-back exhaust system or the factory OE cat-back exhaust (which is 2-3/4", requiring a reducer for proper connection). Important fitment notes: these headers WILL NOT fit AWD/4WD applications.
