5.7L HEMI Remanufactured Crate Engine Oil Pan

The Dodge Mopar 5.7L HEMI is a remanufactured OEM crate engine, specifically designed for naturally aspirated V8 applications with VVT and MDS (Variable Valve Timing and Multi-Displacement System). This powerful 7-liter engine, also known by its 345 CUI displacement and VIN code T, is built to deliver up to 395 horsepower and 410 lb-ft of torque. Fraser Engines enhances this Mopar engine with industry-leading in-process machining and assembly. This includes boring and honing cylinders to OEM clearances, decking cylinder heads and block, cutting valve seats, line boring/honing tunnels, and grinding/polishing the crankshaft. New components are used for main bearings, rod bearings, pistons, piston rings, lifters, timing components, oil pump, and head bolts. The engine undergoes 100% spin testing to verify compression, oil pressure, flow, and torque, as well as VVT and MDS solenoid testing. Key enhancements for improved durability and performance include CNC-cut valve seats for better sealing, chromed valves to prevent guide wear and oil consumption, PTFE seals and coated pistons to prevent scuffing, and Multi-Layered Steel (MLS) gaskets for higher temperature and pressure tolerance. All new rod and head bolts are used, along with improved piston rings for better oil control. This engine is a direct fit for a range of RAM 1500 models from 2013-2019, including various submodels such as Laramie, Big Horn, Tradesman, and Sport. Fitment is confirmed by specific block cast numbers (53021319DK, 53021318DL), crank cast number (300BC), and head cast numbers (53021616DD/DE), as well as a 3.3mm thick reluctor wheel.
