5.7L Hemi Supercharger Kit

The RIPP Supercharger Kit is a comprehensive centrifugal supercharger system specifically designed for the 2016-2022 Dodge Durango equipped with the 5.7L Hemi engine. This kit aims to deliver substantial power gains, with dyno testing showing a stock Durango producing 303 All-Wheel HP, and the RIPP Supercharger boosting this to a safe 475 ALL WHP (550+ ENGINE HP) at 9-10psi of boost. The system includes a Vortech V3 Self-Contained Supercharger and a substantial 3-inch air-to-air front-mounted intercooler, featuring a bar and plate core with convex fabricated end tanks for superior airflow and response. It also comes with a bypass valve, FIC plug-and-play fuel injectors, a pump amplifier, and a plug-and-play map sensor. The supercharger and pulley system are pre-assembled for straightforward installation, estimated at 8 to 10 hours by a licensed mechanic. This kit includes all necessary hardware for installation, an HP Tuners PCM unlock service with a bypass cable, and an HP Tuners Engine Management RTD OBDII module. A start-up tune is provided, with RIPP recommending a dyno tune for peak performance. Additional components include a transmission cooler and its relocation kit, an expansion tank and its relocation kit, mandrel-bent TIG-welded charge piping, CNC and powder-coated mounting brackets, a billet pulley system, idler pulley, Gates belt, NGK iridium spark plugs, air filter and intake piping, custom couplers, vacuum lines, and adapters. A 1-year warranty and email/phone technical support are included. It is important to note that all 2015-2022 Dodge Durangos and Cherokees require an unlocked PCM from HP-Tuners, which is included in this kit.
