5.7L HEMI VVT RWD Long Tube Headers w/ GREEN Cats & 3" Catted Mid-Pipes

The Kooks 3100H530 Signature Series Stepped Long Tube Headers and GREEN Catted Connect Pipes are engineered for the 2009-2023 Dodge Charger, Challenger, and Chrysler 300C models equipped with the 5.7L HEMI VVT engine and RWD drivetrain. Constructed from T304 aircraft-quality stainless steel, this header system features 1-7/8" primary tubes that step up to 2" diameter, leading into 3" fire cone collectors. The included connection pipes are 3" with OEM-style outlets and house high-performance, EPA-legal GREEN (GESI) catalytic converters, rated for up to 850 horsepower. Kooks products are manufactured in the USA and backed by a limited lifetime warranty. Installation of these long tube headers necessitates custom tuning to properly adjust fuel settings for engine safety and to avoid Check Engine Lights caused by the removal of stock catalytic converters. High Horsepower Performance (HHP) recommends purchasing OEM D-Port exhaust gaskets for installation. All necessary hardware and O2 sensor extensions are provided. It is important to note that this system does not fit AWD vehicles. Additionally, these headers and the included catalytic converters may not be legal for sale or use on public roads in all areas.
