The Sierra 18-7278 is a marine fuel pump designed for specific GM engines. It fits GM 4 and 6-cylinder engines with displacements of 153, 181, 250, 224, and 225 cubic inches.

This fuel pump includes a mounting gasket and features a flange I.D. of M60032. It is intended for use with Fuel Filter 18-7860 and Fuel Pump Gasket 18-0889.
