Machining Process: Each engine undergoes CNC blueprint machining for precise dimensions, tolerances, and alignment. Block surfaces are decked (Ra 30 or better), cylinders diamond honed to match piston diameter (within 0.0001 inch), main bearing bores line honed, and cylinder bores bored to a true 90-degree angle from the crankshaft centerline. Rotational Assembly Balancing: Crankshaft checked for run-out, inspected for fatigue, polished, and ground to concentricity tolerances (0.0005 or less). Rods inspected, conditioned, and bearing clearances checked. Pistons, rings, and pin retainers weight matched (to 2 grams or less) prior to dynamic balancing of the entire assembly.
