The HZ Motorsport HZRAD012 is a full aluminum core radiator engineered to replace the stock unit in 1991-1993 Dodge D250, D350, W250, and W350 trucks equipped with the 5.9L Cummins engine. Constructed from T-6061 aluminum, the radiator is built to withstand higher temperatures over time, offering a more robust solution than some OEM hybrid constructions. Its core dimensions measure 25.75 inches by 2.25 inches by 21.00 inches, with inlet and outlet sizes of 1.75 inches and 2.00 inches, respectively. Installation of this radiator requires careful consideration of existing cooling lines, including transmission, oil, or A/C lines, and adequate spacing for cooling fans. It is recommended that individuals unfamiliar with bleeding a coolant system seek professional installation, as instructions are not provided.
