It includes all new pistons, rings, bearings, gaskets, seals, valves, springs, and stem seals, along with cast guides.

The DFC Diesel DFC590002LB is a remanufactured long block engine engineered for 2000-2002 Dodge Cummins 5.9L 24-valve diesel trucks. This Street Series engine offers moderate improvements over stock by addressing common failure points. It comes with all new pistons, rings, bearings, gaskets, seals, valves, springs, and stem seals, utilizing cast guides. The cylinder blocks are blueprinted to tighter tolerances than OEM specifications using Rottler machining equipment. The remanufactured cylinder heads are fitted with new seats, guides, valves, and stem seals, and have been resurfaced and magnafluxed. This engine also features improved gasket sealing methods in common leakage areas and a custom EDM doweled oil pump gear. Included with the long block installation are a remanufactured cylinder head, block, internal components, front and rear covers, oil pan, and a complete gasket kit. All rockers and pushrods are preset to factory specifications. DFC Diesel recommends a new oil cooler with every new engine installation. This engine is backed by one of the most comprehensive warranties in North America: a 5-year/160,000km (100,000 mile) limited warranty.
