The EQT 5 Bar TMAP Sensor offers a truly plug-and-play solution for your vehicle's engine management system. Developed after extensive prototyping and testing, this sensor integrates factory-style temperature compensation and removes the necessity for additional aftermarket MAP sensors, harnesses, and boost taps. This results in a cleaner engine bay, proper sensor scaling for your ECU, and avoids the need to modify your manifold for a boost tap. The installation process is straightforward and completely reversible. Simply remove the stock sensor from your manifold and install the EQT TMAP sensor. This allows for reading and utilization of higher boost pressures. Fitment is specified for all EA888.3 Powered MQB Vehicles, including the Golf GTI, Golf R, Jetta GLI, Audi A3, Audi S3, Audi TT-S, and Volkswagen 1.8T (MQB). It is important to note that this sensor does not work with DAZA or EA888.1 / EA888.2 engines. Crucially, this sensor requires a custom tune with proper sensor scaling to function correctly. It will not work with factory or existing staged tunes.
