The Stinger Audio MT-1000.5 is a 5-channel Class D amplifier engineered to elevate your car audio experience. Its digital Class-D topology ensures powerful performance within a compact footprint, making it suitable for integration into various vehicle sound systems. Built with advanced technology, the MT-1000.5 boasts robust unregulated power supplies utilizing advanced pulse width modulator integrated circuits for superior performance and efficiency. It features HEXFET® Power MOSFETs, known for their reduced on-resistance and faster switching speeds, ensuring unmatched reliability. A 500V high current impulse voltage capacitor is integrated to protect the MOSFETs, offering low loss AC peak surge over-current ability. Direct insert power and speaker terminals are incorporated to minimize resistance, thereby increasing power transfer and overall efficiency. The amplifier offers versatile audio control through its crossover multiplier, which allows you to run tweeters or mid-range speakers without the need for an external crossover. Additionally, a convenient remote bass controller is included, enabling effortless adjustment of bass levels directly from the driver's seat. The MT-1000.5 delivers RMS power of 150W x 4 + 500W x 1 @ 2Ω and 75W x 4 + 300W x 1 @ 4Ω.
