Constructed from a robust 0.125-inch wall 6061-T6 seamless aluminum tube with a 5.0-inch outside diameter, this driveshaft offers superior strength and light weight compared to standard steel alternatives. This driveshaft is equipped with a premium Spicer/Dana 1330 Series non-greasable U-joint, measuring 1 1/16 inches cap by 3 5/8 inches span, and is rated to handle up to 700 horsepower. It is specifically designed to mate with Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury transmissions including AODE, 4R70, 4R70W, and 4R75 models. The included slip yoke features 28 splines, a 1.600-inch barrel diameter, and a length of 6.630 inches. Action Machine Inc. emphasizes precision and durability, offering a lifetime weld warranty on their driveshafts. They provide custom length options, with a maximum center-to-center U-joint measurement of up to 85 3/4 inches, ensuring a precise fit for various setups.
