Installation is estimated to take about one hour with basic hand tools, and it includes clamps, hangers, and necessary hardware, though some factory hardware may need to be reused. Cutting may be required for shorter wheelbase or bed/cab configurations. A tuner is required for this DPF delete pipe, as the removal of emission-related sensors necessitates a capable tuner to prevent check engine lights or diagnostic trouble codes. This product is intended for off-road use only and is illegal for on-road vehicles in most regions. This DPF delete pipe is specifically designed for 2015.5 and 2016 Chevy/GMC Silverado and Sierra pickup trucks with the LML 6.6 Duramax Diesel engine. It does NOT fit Cab & Chassis models. Be aware that 2015 is a split year; this pipe features a 3-bolt flange connection typical of 2015.5-2016 models, differing from the V-band style clamp used on 2011-2015 downpipes.
