5-Inch Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension 5-inch lift kit is engineered to elevate the stance, performance, and capability of 2020-2026 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 HD 4WD trucks. This kit employs a high-clearance design with a No Torsion Bar Drop System, mounting torsion bars directly to the upper control arm to achieve maximum ground clearance without compromising the torsion bar cross-member. The front suspension incorporates high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, multipiece differential relocation brackets, and heavy-duty skid plates for enhanced off-road protection and durability. Steering geometry is meticulously corrected for the taller ride height using robust, CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles that maintain proper steering angles by working with factory tie rod ends, ensuring ESC system compliance. Brake line and ABS line relocation brackets are included to accommodate factory brake lines. This comprehensive kit features FOX 2.5 Performance Elite remote reservoir shocks, offering superior on-road comfort and off-road capability. The integrated DSC adjuster provides significant tuning versatility with 10 low-speed and 12 high-speed compression adjustment levels. The kit also includes a Factory Protection Plus drivetrain warranty. Recommended tire and wheel combinations include 37x12.50 with 20x9 wheels (5.5" backspace), 35x12.50 with 20x10 wheels (5.5" backspace), or 35x12.50 with 20x9 wheels (4.5" backspace), though some trimming may be required.
