The BDS Suspension 5-inch lift kit is engineered to maximize the capability and performance of 2020-2022 Ford F250/F350 Super Duty 4WD diesel trucks. This comprehensive system upgrades the front suspension with a 4-Link conversion, replacing the factory radius arms to optimize geometry for improved handling, strength, and stability. The conversion utilizes robust 1/4-inch steel brackets and HD control arms to ensure correct axle positioning and maintain caster through the suspension travel. At the heart of the front lift are FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Coil-over shocks. These bolt-on shocks offer superior on-road comfort and off-road capability, featuring a remote reservoir for increased fluid capacity and cooling. The integrated DSC (Dual Speed Compression) adjuster provides fine-tuning with 10 low-speed and 12 high-speed compression levels, allowing for precise adjustment to various terrain conditions. For steering correction, the kit includes a forged drop pitman arm and a heavy-duty track bar drop bracket to maintain proper alignment and keep components in phase. In the rear, the kit incorporates a high-strength fabricated 4-inch lift block and longer u-bolts to achieve the desired lift height. Matching FOX Performance shocks are included to complement the front setup, ensuring balanced ride quality and damping.
