5-Inch Lift Kit with FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Coil-overs

The BDS Suspension 5-inch Radius Arm Lift Kit with FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Coil-over Conversion is engineered to enhance the stance, performance, and capability of 2023-2024 Ford F250/F350 Super Duty diesel 4WD trucks. This comprehensive kit provides clearance for up to 37-inch tires. Up front, the kit features diesel-specific FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks with remote reservoirs for increased fluid capacity and cooling, and Dual Speed Compression (DSC) adjusters for precise tuning. It also includes heavy-duty tubular radius arms that offer caster adjustment and OE-style rubber bushings for smooth operation, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, and brake line brackets. In the rear, the kit incorporates a high-strength fabricated lift block, longer u-bolts, and brake line brackets. Important considerations for installation and fitment include: vehicles with radius arm-mounted ride height sensors may require BDS123303. Ford recommends replacing the pitman arm nut after each removal. A Carrier Bearing Drop Kit (BDS123402) may be required for trucks with a 2-piece rear driveshaft. Tremor models will not achieve the full advertised lift height due to their taller factory stance, resulting in the same final ride height as standard models. Larger tires on stock wheels are not recommended due to potential interference with brake lines, the radius arm, and sway bar; recommended tire and wheel specifications should be used. Minor trimming may be necessary for 37x12.50 tires on certain wheel setups. Installation requires a torque wrench capable of 406 ft-lbs. Trucks without top-mounted overload springs will require (4) UBT4028. Vehicles with leaf spring ride height sensors must select the rear block option.
