5-Inch Radius Arm Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension 5-inch radius arm lift kit is engineered to enhance your 2023-2026 Ford F250/F350 Super Duty diesel truck's stance, performance, and overall capability. Designed for an improved ride and increased tire clearance, this kit allows for the fitment of up to 37-inch tires. The front of the kit features diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs for a balanced lift and a smooth, predictable ride across various terrains, complemented by heavy-duty tubular steel radius arms that correct caster and maximize ground clearance. Heavy-duty radius arms mount into the factory location, offering caster adjustment and utilizing OE-style rubber bushings for quiet operation. For optimal steering geometry after lifting, the kit incorporates a forged drop pitman arm to minimize steering angle and a heavy-duty track bar drop bracket to keep steering components in phase during suspension travel while recentering the front axle. The rear of the kit includes a high-strength fabricated lift block and longer u-bolts for a level stance. Buyers can choose between standard NX2 Nitro shocks or an upgrade to FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks for enhanced on- and off-road performance. The FOX 2.0 shocks feature a 2-inch extruded aluminum body, internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, and application-specific valving. Installation is straightforward, with the kit designed for 100% bolt-on application, eliminating the need for cutting or drilling. Recommended tire and wheel combinations include 37x12.5 tires with 17, 18, or 20-inch wheels with 5 inches of backspace, though some trimming may be required. The rear lift can be configured with a 5-inch block kit (with or without overload) or with progressive multi-leaf springs designed to reduce axle wrap and maintain factory payload ratings.
