5-Inch Suspension Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension BDS766FS is a comprehensive 5-inch suspension lift kit engineered for 2020-2024 4WD Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD models. It aims to enhance your truck's stance, performance, and off-road capability, providing clearance for up to 37-inch tires. The front lift utilizes a high-clearance design with torsion bar relocation brackets and 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, eliminating the need for a torsion bar cross-member drop. This system, combined with multi-piece differential relocation brackets and a heavy-duty skid plate system, maximizes ground clearance and offers substantial underbody protection. Steering geometry is corrected via CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles, and the kit includes sway bar drops and stainless steel brake lines for a complete front-end upgrade. In the rear, the kit features replacement lift blocks and u-bolts to lift and level the vehicle while maintaining ride quality and load capacity. BDS also includes brake line and ABS line relocation brackets for compatibility with factory lines. The suspension lift is complemented by a choice of NX2 Nitro or FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks, featuring a 2-inch impact-extruded aluminum body, internal floating piston monotube design, and application-specific valving. Installation requires frame bracket modification and a specific Torsion Bar Tool (GM CH48809). Models with two-piece rear driveshafts will need a carrier bearing drop kit. Factory 17-18 inch wheels cannot be reinstalled due to tie rod end interference; however, stock 20-inch wheels can be used with up to a 35x12.50 tire. Minor trimming of inner fender shrouds or bumper valance may be necessary depending on the wheel and tire combination. Importantly, this kit will NOT work with AT4X or ZR2 models due to differences in the lower control arm profile.
